Have you notice the whole fairy tale themes around shoe collections theses day? Fall/Winter 2014 is mused with this whole array of poetic beauty filled with fairies and butterflies. Call it “Poetic Surrealism” and this projects the whole fill of romanticism created by design director Angelo Ruggeri, which was premiered in February during Milan Fashion Week.
Under the aged brick vaulted ceilings of a deconsecrated church in the heart of Milan, Sergio Rossi created a dreamlike parallel universe where satin heels floated among butterflies and emerald pumps reposed on lush beds of moss.
“We have created an emotional garden, like a secret garden in Venice,” Brand Director Angelo Ruggeri told Now Fashion. -Now Fashion
What woman doesn’t enjoy dreamlike heels married with romanticism? My favorites are the black and white polka-dot d’orsay bow pumps and the crystal butterfly suede pumps.
This Sergio Rossi’s F/W ’14 hasn’t been released yet, but stay tuned.
Let’s get into it!
I love me some good shoes.
